Position: Operations Executive – BTL & Exhibitions

Experience Required: 1+ Years (BTL & Exhibitions Mandatory)

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum

 Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive – BTL & Exhibitions to support on-ground execution, vendor coordination, and logistics for activation and exhibition projects. The ideal candidate should have practical BTL knowledge and strong coordination skills.

 Key Responsibilities

-  Assist in the execution of BTL activations and exhibition projects

-  Coordinate stall fabrication, branding, logistics, and installation

-  Support vendor coordination including fabricators, printers, and suppliers

-  Ensure timely setup and dismantling at event sites

-  Supervise on-ground execution and maintain quality standards

-  Handle material movement, inventory, and site requirements

-  Troubleshoot on-site challenges to ensure smooth execution

 Required Qualifications

-  Minimum 1 year of experience in BTL activations

-  Good knowledge of BTL execution processes

-  Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities

-  Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines

-  Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

 Preferred Skills

-  Strong vendor base and local supplier network (added advantage)

-  Knowledge of fabrication materials and branding production

-  Experience in on-ground event execution

-  Team coordination skills

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
