MARKETING EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Company: SRT TECH WINDOWS AND DOORS
Location: Bangalore / Kengeri
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business enquiries for uPVC windows and doors.
- Visit construction sites, builders, architects, engineers and contractors.
- Identify new residential, commercial, apartment and villa projects.
- Collect building drawings, measurements and project requirements for quotations.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain daily records of site visits, customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Share project photos, building details and measurement sheets with the office team.
- Promote company products through WhatsApp, social media and direct marketing.
- Maintain good relationships with builders, contractors, architects and engineers.
- Coordinate with the quotation, production and installation teams.
- Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
Mandatory Daily Updates
Every working day, the marketing executive must update:
1. Number of site visits completed.
2. Location of each site visited.
3. Customer / builder / contractor name.
4. Contact number and project details.
5. New enquiries generated.
6. Building photos/videos where permitted.
7. Measurements or drawings collected.
8. Quotations required.
9. Previous customer follow-ups completed.
10. Next follow-up date/action.
11. Orders confirmed or expected.
12. Any difficulties or issues faced during the day.
Important: Marketing work must be active and measurable every day. Regular site visits, new enquiries, proper follow-ups and timely reporting are essential responsibilities of this position.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet builders, contractors, architects and customers confidently.
- Basic knowledge of construction/building projects is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Smartphone and WhatsApp usage is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Experience: 1–3 years in construction, building materials, uPVC/aluminium windows and doors, interiors, or related sales/marketing preferred.
