Job Title: Marketing Officer – FMCG

The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving product sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, distributors and retailers. This role plays a key part in achieving revenue targets and ensuring product visibility in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors and retailers.

• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.

• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.

• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

• Collect and analyze sales data to prepare performance reports.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

• Follow up and realization of pending payments.

Basic Skills Required:

• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to engage clients and team members.

• Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals with vendors and buyers.

• Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage customer and field visits efficiently.
