Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

   • Create & manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Solar Directories, etc.)

   • Generate inquiries from industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.

   • Maintain database of potential customers.

2. Brand & Digital Presence

   • Manage company’s social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

   • Prepare marketing content (posts, brochures, flyers, case studies).

   • Coordinate website updates, SEO, and online listings.

3. Business Development Support

   • Identify tenders, industrial exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

   • Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.

   • Nurture leads until handover to sales/management.

4. Market Research

   • Track competitor activities and pricing trends.

   • Suggest new marketing ideas, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory if experienced).

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (solar/renewables/industrial preferred).

• Freshers with strong digital marketing skills can be considered.

Skills:

✅ Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
✅ Communication skills (English, Hindi, local language).
✅ Ability to create basic marketing materials (Canva, MS PowerPoint).
✅ Networking ability (approaching industry associations, exhibitions).
✅ Self-driven & willing to learn solar EPC domain.
