Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing digital and offline promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Develop and manage social media content and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Generate and follow up on marketing leads in coordination with the sales team.
Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, promotional activities, and corporate campaigns.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Maintain the company's social media presence and online brand visibility.
Support website, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
Track marketing expenses and ensure activities are completed within budget.
Maintain customer and marketing databases.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
