Job Description

Job Role : OTA Executive

Location : Chennai ( Tambaram )

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update hotel listings on OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.)
Monitor room availability and update inventory across all channels
Handle reservation-related emails and respond promptly to guest inquiries
Coordinate with front office and operations teams for booking confirmations
Ensure rate parity and correct availability on all OTAs
Track bookings, cancellations, and modifications
Prepare daily and weekly booking reports
Resolve OTA-related issues and discrepancies

Required Skills:

Knowledge of OTA platforms and hotel reservation systems
Strong email communication skills
Basic understanding of hotel operations and availability management
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic Excel knowledge
