Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
o Coordinate with potential clients and arrange for business meetings
o Pursue with potential clients at regular intervals to receive potential Queries.
o Meeting with potential clients and convincing with our proposals for converting the Queries into Sales Projects
o Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
o Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
o Close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
3. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
o Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to develop effective business strategies.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular reports on businessdevelopment activities, progress, and results.
o Analyse sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
o Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
6. Team Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with Sales, Operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
o Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
