Job Description

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for daily activities

  • Maintain and update marketing data and reports using MS Excel

  • Prepare MIS reports, sales tracking, and follow-up sheets in Excel

  • Handle basic accounting entries, billing support, and records in Tally

  • Maintain customer, vendor, and campaign-related data

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and promotions

  • Ensure proper documentation and record management

  • Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams as required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, data handling, formulas)

  • Good command over Tally (entries, ledger maintenance, basic accounting)

  • Good coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
