Key Responsibilities:
Generate and pursue enquiries for Arcfab's car parking systems from builders/developers, architects, and housing societies across Pune & PCMC.
Conduct discovery meetings and site visits to understand each project's parking requirement — available space, number of cars, and site/structural constraints — and position the right system.
Manage the sales pipeline end to end: qualify leads, track and follow up systematically, and drive enquiries toward order confirmation.
Coordinate with the internal technical/design team to arrange site surveys, layouts, and quotations for the customer (you present and follow up; the technical team prepares drawings and pricing).
Build and maintain relationships across the customer's buying group (owner/promoter, project & site engineers, architects, purchase) and identify who actually drives each decision.
Represent Arcfab professionally at customer sites and project meetings, and maintain transparency regarding sales process; while ensuring strict confidentiality of all internal commercial and technical information.
Report sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Lead.
