Job profile Tipper Body sales and Marketing Responsibilities for • Selling fabricated tipper bodies to transporters, fleet owners, construction companies, mining contractors, dealers, and OEM customers. The role involves customer development, technical product presentation, quotation follow-up, and achieving sales targets. • Generate new customers and business opportunities for tipper body fabrication. • Visit transporters, fleet owners, mining and construction companies. • Understand customer requirements such as capacity, application, body design, material grade, payload, and chassis compatibility. • Present technical features and benefits of different tipper body models. • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design, production, and costing teams. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations. • Develop dealer and customer networks. • Monitor competitor products, pricing, specifications, and market trends. • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. • Maintain customer records, sales reports, enquiry status, and order pipelines. • Support customer complaints and coordinate for after-sales service. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
