Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Develop advertising strategies to generate leads, drive website traffic, increase conversions, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to reach relevant target audiences.
Set up and optimise ad campaigns, including audience targeting, placements, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copy, and campaign strategies.
Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve client objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and paid advertising.
Collaborate with the social media, content, and business development teams to align campaigns with client goals.
Required Skills
Basic to strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, campaign optimisation, and audience targeting.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and reporting tools is an advantage.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Candidates
Freshers with relevant practical knowledge, certifications, or campaign experience may apply. Candidates with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for brands will be preferred.
