Job Description

Mishita Enterprises, under the brand SARVDA, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day marketplace operations across major e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace performance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces.

• Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SKUs.

• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.

• Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for timely order processing.

• Monitor stock availability and avoid stock-out situations.

• Track marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with the listing and operations team.

• Maintain accurate marketplace reports and records.

• Handle marketplace-related issues and coordinate with platform support when required.

• Ensure products and listings are updated regularly.

• Monitor sales, inventory, returns, and other marketplace data.

• Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.

• Experience with product listing and catalog management.

• Good knowledge of SKU and inventory management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks.

• Good team coordination and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

• Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.

• Candidates should have good knowledge of marketplace operations and catalog management.
