Marketing Executive Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers and distributors regarding orders and dispatch details.
Follow up for pending payments and outstanding dues.
Maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
Handle order processing and ensure timely communication with internal teams.
Prepare daily reports related to orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
Support sales and marketing activities to increase business growth.
Resolve customer queries and provide proper updates regarding orders.
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch departments for smooth operations.
Maintain customer database and records properly.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Professional and positive attitude.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing Coordination / Customer Coordination / Sales Support.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream preferred.

Salary:

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
