Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Field Sales/Marketing mein)

Job Role & Responsibilities (Kaam ki jaankari):

Customer Acquisition: Naye clients se milna aur company ke products/services ko bechna.
Lead Generation: Market mein ghoom kar naye customers ki list taiyaar karna aur unse sampark banana.
Target Achievement: Monthly sales target ko poora karna.
Relationship Management: Purane customers ke saath acche sambandh banaye rakhna taaki woh baar-baar order dein.
Reporting: Rozana ki sales report apne manager ko dena.

Key Skills (Zaroori hunar):

Communication: Baat karne mein expert hona chahiye (Hindi/Local Language).
Negotiation: Customer ko product ke liye manane aur sahi rate par deal fix karne ki kala.
Hardworking: Field par ghoom kar kaam karne ka jazba.
Two-Wheeler: Candidate ke paas apni bike/scooter aur driving license hona zaroori hai.
