Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Generate quality leads and achieve campaign targets.

• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

• Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.

• Manage daily/weekly campaign budgets.

• Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.

• Analyze campaign reports and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.

• Prepare regular performance reports for management.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Understanding of lead generation campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Google Ads/Meta Ads will be a plus.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
