Marketing Executive

Role: Marketing Co-ordinator  Division: Beer Department Marketing-Beer Job Summary We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on helping our marketing efforts run smoothly. You'll be involved in day-to-day tasks, coordinating with different teams, and making sure our marketing materials reach the right people at the right time. Job description Campaign & Material Coordination: Help launch marketing campaigns across various channels. You'll coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring everything is scheduled and delivered on time.
Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, track projects, and organize our asset library. You'll also help gather data for marketing reports.
Communication & Vendor Relations: Act as a central point of contact for internal marketing requests. You'll communicate clearly with external vendors, overseeing the development and delivery of marketing materials.
Event Logistics: Provide support for marketing events and conferences, which includes coordinating with vendors, preparing materials, and helping out on-site if needed. You'll also manage event-related promotional items.
Content Oversight: Work closely with designers to ensure all content and marketing materials are developed and delivered promptly. Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simulataneously to meet deadlines
3. Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
5. Skill in Adobe Photoshop and Coral Draw will get preference
