Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing & Brand Strategist to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

The role will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales and take ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage social media, content calendars, website content, blogs, email, and customer communication.
Develop engaging content such as reels, videos, case studies, testimonials, and brand stories.
Coordinate Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead-generation activities.
Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and marketing ROI.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all customer touchpoints.
Support partnerships, referral programs, events, and other brand-building initiatives.
Take ownership of campaign timelines and ensure timely execution.
Prepare marketing reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Good understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
Strong creative thinking combined with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Comfortable working hands-on rather than only in an advisory role.
