Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth for our salon chain. The ideal candidate understands beauty trends, customer behavior in the salon industry, and knows how to turn footfall into loyal clients through digital + offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Digital Marketing

· Plan and execute digital campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube

· Manage salon website, SEO, Google My Business, and online reviews

· Create content calendars for reels, offers, before-after posts, and festive campaigns like Diwali, Bridal season

2. Customer Acquisition & Retention

· Run offers, membership programs, referral schemes, and loyalty programs

· Collaborate with stylists to promote new services: hair spa, skin, nail art

· Handle local area marketing: tie-ups, events, influencer collaborations

3. Offline Marketing & Promotions

· Plan in-salon branding, standees, posters, and festive decor

· Coordinate with vendors for print ads, pamphlets, mall activations

· Organize workshops, beauty contests, and tie-ups with photographers/wedding planners

4. Analytics & Reporting

· Track campaign ROI, lead generation, and footfall from ads

· Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and new service launches

· Prepare monthly marketing reports for Director/Co-founder

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Experience: 3+ years in marketing, Optional in salon, spa, beauty, or retail industry

· Must have: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva/CapCut, and influencer marketing

· Skills: Creativity, communication, customer insight, trend awareness, budget management

· Personality: Energetic, trend-savvy, and passionate about beauty industry
