Position: International Marketing Manager
Reporting To: Director / General Manager
1. Role Objective
To establish and expand the company’s presence in international markets by generating
business opportunities, developing client relationships, and building overseas partnerships in
target countries such as USA, UK, Japan, China, Russia, Australia, Nepal, Bhutan,
Dubai etc.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. International Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted international markets.
Research and analyze overseas market entry strategies (legal, compliance,
registration, licensing, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Generate qualified leads through online portals, B2B platforms, networking, and
referrals.
Close deals and ensure smooth coordination with the execution team in India.
B. Market Expansion Strategy
Develop country-wise market entry plans.
Study international business regulations and competitor landscape.
Identify suitable lead-generation platforms and portals used in each country.
Explore digital marketing channels and global listing platforms for service promotion.
C. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Bring international clients for company services.
Facilitate business opportunities both ways (India ↔ International).
Coordinate with internal teams for execution of assigned projects.
Maintain revenue targets and growth benchmarks.
D. Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily/weekly updates to management.
Track leads, conversions, revenue, and performance metrics.
Work closely with Company Secretary/Legal Team for compliance-related matters.
Incentive Structure:
25 % of billing as incentive
If candidate executes project in international market and company supports → 75%
revenue share to candidate / 25% to company.
4. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in international sales/marketing.
Strong knowledge of global market research and lead generation platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of international business compliance and documentation.
Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
5. Preferred Skills
Experience handling clients in UAE, USA, Australia, Russia, or Japan.
Knowledge of international B2B portals and digital marketing tools.
Strong networking ability.
6. Performance Metrics
Monthly revenue generated.
Number of qualified international leads.
Conversion ratio.
Market expansion progress in target countries.
