Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our EdTech products and services, generate leads, build relationships with educational institutions, and increase brand awareness. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, meeting schools, colleges, coaching institutes, students, parents, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.

Conduct field visits to promote the company's EdTech products, courses, and learning solutions.

Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, administrators, counsellors, and other key stakeholders.

Organise and participate in seminars, workshops, educational events, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations.

Conduct student and parent engagement activities to increase awareness and enrolments.

Distribute marketing materials and collect market feedback.

Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets.

Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads, meetings, and campaign performance.

Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management team.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute local marketing campaigns.

Represent the company professionally and strengthen its brand presence in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.

0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or EdTech is preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned location.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Target-driven, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of field visits and institutional meetings.

Qualified leads generated.

Product demonstrations and promotional activities conducted.

Student/parent engagement and event participation.

Lead-to-customer conversion rate.

Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or educational organisations will be an advantage.

Knowledge of the local education market.

Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and the relevant local language.

As per company standards and candidate experience, with performance-based incentives where applicable.
