Marketing Ecommerce Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of product listings, catalog management, account health, and sales optimization.

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and keywords.

• Upload products, create variations, and manage inventory.

• Coordinate with the design team for product images, infographics, and listing creatives.

• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics.

• Handle pricing, promotions, coupons, deals, and campaign planning.

• Manage Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns (preferred).

• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and catalog-related errors.

• Coordinate with customer support for returns, refunds, and seller performance.

• Identify growth opportunities to improve visibility, conversions, and sales.

## REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.

• Experience with product listing optimization and SEO.

• Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

## QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• Relevant e-commerce certifications are a plus.
