Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing online marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and passionate about e-commerce operations and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.

• Handle order processing, returns, and performance metrics.

• Develop and execute growth strategies to improve visibility and sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams for content, advertising, and logistics.

• Generate reports and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience as an E-Commerce Executive/Account Manager.

• Strong understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Proficiency in Excel, listing management, and campaign optimization.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
