Marketing Ecommerce Account Manager

Only candidates with prior, hands-on experience handling multi-channel e-commerce portals should apply. Freshers will not be considered for this position.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to handle our end-to-end online seller accounts across major marketplaces including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and Ajio. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing cataloging, inventory, daily operations, and sales growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Cataloging: Create, manage, and update bulk product listings across Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho with complete accuracy.

Listing Optimization: Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and descriptions using high-ranking keywords to maximize visibility and sales ranking.

Inventory Management: Monitor multi-channel stock levels daily to maintain accurate real-time inventory and avoid out-of-stock or order cancellation penalties.

Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee day-to-day order operations, generate shipping labels/invoices, coordinate packaging, and ensure strict SLA adherence.

Promotions & Advertising: Implement pricing strategies, manage discount vouchers, and participate in portal-level promotional sales events and campaigns.

Returns & Claims: Track RTOs and customer returns, manage reconciliation, and file timely SPF/reimbursement claims for damaged or missing items.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience managing seller portals (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho).

Strong analytical ability with proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and inventory tracking tools.

Prior experience in the Apparel / Fashion / Garments category is highly preferred.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
