Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, optimizing product listings, and driving sales growth across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, PPC, Product Ads).
Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROAS, ACoS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Optimize product listings including keywords, titles, bullet points, and images.
Conduct keyword research for product ranking and ad campaigns.
Coordinate with the internal team for catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
Track competitor activities and marketplace trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
Experience running Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads.
Knowledge of marketplace algorithms, product ranking, and SEO.
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
Good understanding of Excel and performance reports.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years experience in E-commerce / Marketplace marketing.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Myntra, Meesho, or other marketplaces.
Knowledge of TACOS, ROAS, and marketplace analytics.
Experience in Beauty care, personal care, baby care, or electronics category.
