Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Ace Hr Solution to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, etc.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and categories.

• Track and monitor payments, settlements, and reconciliation across platforms.

• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility.

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, catalog updates, and order fulfillment.

• Ensure all listings follow marketplace guidelines and resolve any operational issues.

• Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotions, campaigns, and deals.

• Travel to the office daily.

• Requirements

• Experience managing e-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, etc.

• Strong understanding of product listing, catalog management, and marketplace dashboards.

• Experience in payment tracking and reconciliation.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to travel to office daily.
