Key Responsibilities
• Marketplace Management: Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and
inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
• Sales Strategy: Plan and execute campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and
revenue.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and create performance
reports to optimize listings and campaigns.
• Coordination: Work closely with marketing, design, logistics, and customer service
teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Experience: Track and resolve escalations, maintain high ratings and

• Digital Presence: Ensure SEO-friendly content and manage paid ads or
marketplace advertising as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Knowledge of digital marketing to
