Job Description

DigitGrow is looking for a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in product catalog management and be proficient in both single product listing and bulk/flat-file listing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra.

- Create and update single product listings.

- Handle bulk product uploads using flat files and Excel templates.

- Manage product catalogs, attributes, variations and size charts.

- Optimize product titles, descriptions and keywords.

- Handle listing errors, suppressed listings and catalog-related issues.

- Manage inventory and pricing updates.

- Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets.

- Monitor account health and marketplace performance.

- Prepare reports and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.

- Practical knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra seller panels.

- Mandatory: Single listing and bulk/flat-file listing knowledge.

- Good knowledge of Excel and catalog management.

- Understanding of marketplace SEO and product attributes.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits
