E-commerce Marketing Executive

We are looking for a E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our team at Alvoral Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹18000 and growth opportunities in the field.

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).

• Monitor stock, pricing, and promotions across online channels.

• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.

• Track sales performance, generate reports, and suggest growth strategies.

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).

• Analyze competitors’ listings and pricing to stay competitive.

• Knowledge of major e-commerce portals & online marketplaces.

• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing & SEO.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
