E-Commerce & B2B Sales Executive
We are a leading eyewear company with 20+ years of industry experience, serving both B2B wholesale partners and B2C customers. With a strong legacy in offline distribution, we are now expanding aggressively into e-commerce and digital-first sales channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on E-Commerce & B2B Sales Executive to join our growing digital team. This is a foundational role, where you will manage and grow our online presence while working closely with another team member.
The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, understands digital marketing, can manage/maintain and assist in building websites, and can oversee marketplace operations (including Amazon A+ content).
Your day-to-day tasks will be guided by business priorities, allowing you to focus effectively on specific goals.
Manage day-to-day operations across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, IndiaMART, etc.).
Oversee product listings: optimize titles, descriptions, and imagery, including Amazon A+ (Enhanced Brand) content, to improve visibility and conversions. (Product uploading experience is a plus, not mandatory.)
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for marketplaces: promotional campaigns, ads, discounts, and visibility programs to drive sales.
Handle basic customer support to maintain high satisfaction and positive ratings.
Manage daily operations of our company website (currently building on Woo Commerce): order processing, coordinating packaging and dispatch, and updating content (aligned with SEO best practices).
Run digital ads and campaigns via the website (Google, Meta, or similar) and monitor performance.
Periodically update website design/features to improve UX and conversions.
Assist in website creation or enhancements
Identify and engage potential semi-wholesalers and retailers in the eyewear industry when prioritized.
Conduct calls, emails, and follow-ups to pitch products and generate new business opportunities.
Develop engaging and accurate product descriptions with compelling sales copy.
Create visuals for product listings, ads, and promotions using Canva (or similar tools).
Collaborate with photographers/editors if needed to improve content quality.
Proficiency in Basic Excel & Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
Hands-on experience with major Indian marketplace seller platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Ability to quickly learn/adapt to new tools (e.g., Shopify, ERP/CRM, shipping panels).
Basic content creation/design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Experience with building websites (Woo Commerce/Shopify/WordPress) is a significant plus.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is preferred.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations/management (website + marketplaces).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, marketplace ads, and social media.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills across different platforms.
Familiarity with the eyewear industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
