KRA 1 — Website development and D2C management.

Build and launch a professional Sheeras Naturals website using Shopify, WooCommerce or another suitable platform.

Add all products, pricing, descriptions, product images, ingredients, benefits and FAQs.

Set up mobile-responsive pages, payment gateway, shipping, order notifications and analytics.

KRA 2- Coordinate with platform account managers on onboarding, approvals, visibility campaigns and promotions.

Monitor stock availability, out-of-stock issues, sales, returns and listing status wherever platform data is available.

Improve product discoverability, conversion and sales through listing optimization.

Maintain a weekly platform-wise sales and inventory dashboard.

KRA 3-Track spend, cost per purchase, conversion rate, revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Recommend budget allocation based on actual sales and profitability.

Explore sponsored placements and advertising options within quick-commerce platforms where available.

KRA 4 — SEO, content and conversion optimization

Research keywords, competitor products and customer search behaviour.

Improve website SEO and product-page content.

Coordinate product photography, banners, ad creatives and short-form product content.

Suggest bundles, offers, cross-selling and repeat-purchase initiatives

KRA 5 — Reporting and accountability

Submit a weekly performance report.

Track website revenue, ad spend, ROAS, platform-wise sales and stock issues.

Maintain a monthly growth plan with completed tasks, pending actions and next steps.

Identify underperforming products and recommend corrective action.
