🚨 We’re Hiring | Fundraising & CSR Executive

Eshna Pain & Palliative Centre | CR Park, New Delhi

Eshna Pain Care Foundation is looking for a Female Fundraising & CSR Executive to help build fundraising partnerships for our work in Pain Management, Palliative Care, Cancer Support, Home-Based Care and Community Healthcare.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies and CSR teams suitable for healthcare projects

• Research CSR opportunities, foundations, philanthropists and local donors

• Conduct calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach

• Arrange meetings with CSR teams, companies and philanthropists

• Assist in preparing CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets and presentations

• Build and maintain a corporate/donor fundraising database

• Follow up consistently with prospective donors

• Develop local fundraising opportunities around CR Park and South Delhi

• Approach RWAs, businesses, professionals, senior citizen groups and local philanthropists

• Support fundraising campaigns for patient care and community healthcare

• Maintain donor records and assist with impact/utilisation reporting

• Coordinate with management for donor meetings and partnerships

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Female candidate preferred

• Good spoken and written English

• Confident communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable speaking with companies, donors and senior professionals

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and field outreach

• Good internet research and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills

• NGO, fundraising, CSR, sales, business development or telecalling experience preferred

• Existing contacts with companies, CSR teams, foundations or donors will be an advantage

• Proactive, persistent and target-oriented

💰 Salary & Incentives

₹18,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Performance incentives will be linked to fundraising results, successful donor/CSR conversions and achievement of agreed targets.
