We’re Hiring | Corporate Client Acquisition Lead – Apprenticeship Programs (NAPS/NATS)
Location: Sealdah (PAN India)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience: 4–6 Years

George Global Smart HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Client Acquisition Lead to onboard and manage large corporate clients for NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship Programs across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach & onboard corporate clients for NAPS/NATS
Lead generation through cold calling, networking, field visits & referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations & discussions
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding & deployment
Maintain client pipeline, communication records & conversion reports
Ensure smooth onboarding & relationship management
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets & drive revenue growth

Required Skills & Competencies:
4–6 years experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition
Knowledge of NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship Program
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong negotiation, follow-up & closing abilities
Relationship-building with HR/Admin/Management
Target-oriented mindset with ownership & accountability
Comfortable with travel for corporate visits
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel reporting)
