We’re Hiring | Corporate Client Acquisition Lead – Staffing & 3rd Party Payroll

Experience: 4–6 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

George Global Smart HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Client Acquisition Lead – Staffing & 3rd Party Payroll to onboard new corporate clients and expand our business across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach & onboard corporate clients for Staffing & 3rd Party Payroll services
Conduct strategic client meetings, presentations & requirement discussions
Understand client manpower needs and propose suitable staffing/payroll solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure
Maintain client records, reports & sales pipeline tracking
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to business growth

Skills & Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development (Staffing/Payroll industry)
Strong knowledge of Staffing Solutions & 3rd Party Payroll processes
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel reporting)
