We are Hiring for : Field Associate (General Trade Survey / Marketing Survey Activation)

📍 Role Overview:

'NO SALES NO TARGET'

We are looking for Field Associates to conduct surveys and engage with retail shop owners. The role involves collecting accurate data using digital tools and ensuring proper interaction with store partners.

🕒 Work Timings:

• Reporting Time: 1:45 PM

• Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Break: 15 mins included

• Working Days: ~24 days/month

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail stores daily

• Conduct surveys & capture responses via app

• Interact with shop owners professionally

• Ensure accurate and complete data submission

• Follow reporting guidelines (check-in/check-out with photo proof)

📅 Role Type:

• Long-term, continuous program

• Not a short-term/project-based role
