A leading manufacturer of aerosol products, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area
Sales Manager to join our team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing
and expanding the distribution network, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets in
DELHI, UP, BIHAR, JHARKHAND, & WEST BENGAL regions. The ideal candidate
will have experience in Consumer Durables/Spare arts (AC & Refrigeration Sector & Auto
repairs) with strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand
market presence in DELHI, UP, BIHAR, JHARKHAND, & WEST BENGAL
• Manage and expand the distribution network by identifying and appointing new
channel partners and dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, and customers
through regular visits and communication.
• Drive sales growth by effectively promoting Chemicals products and providing
technical support and training to channel partners and dealers.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market
trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to
support sales initiatives and product improvements.
• Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) on a consistent basis, offering
transparency into daily activities and sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Graduation degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Durables/Spare arts (AC &
Refrigeration Sector & Auto repairs) FMCG industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions. Age below 40 years.
• Non-drinker.
• Honest, dedication, aggressiveness, and commitment to achieving goals. Salary
Range: 25,000 to 35,000 INR per month.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle (bike) for regular travel in
Local Area.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of
success, preferably in the aerosol product industry.
• In-depth knowledge of channel distribution in both B2B ,B2C and retail markets.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Hindi, English, and enabling
effective interaction with clients in the region.
