We’re hiring a Marketing Head to own Medsea’s brand growth across Delhi-NCR. You’ll drive strategy and execution for our dermatology & wellness portfolio across doctors, chemists, stockists, and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own marketing P&L for Delhi-NCR: revenue, growth, ROI, A&P spends
- Define 3-year brand plan for key products: MedBone Nano Shot, Antiflake Pro, etc. Position, pricing, promotion strategy
- Launch new SKUs in Delhi market: pre-launch hype, KOL onboarding, chemist seeding
2. Doctor & KOL Marketing
- Build & manage Delhi KOL panel: Dermatologists, Trichologists, GPs. Drive advocacy & prescriptions
- Plan CME programs, RTMs, doctor meetups across South, West, Central, East Delhi
- Design doctor engagement: visual aid, LBLs, samples, scientific updates. Track Rx growth
3. Trade & Chemist Marketing
- Design chemist schemes, visibility programs, loyalty plans for 5000+ chemists across Delhi
- Execute POB drives, in-shop branding, shelf-share dominance in key markets: Bhagirath Place, Tilak Nagar, Lajpat Nagar
- Coordinate with stockist network for secondary sales push & liquidation
4. Team & Field Force Enablement
- Lead a team of Brand Managers, Digital Execs. Guide 10+ MRs with marketing inputs
- Train field force on product detailing, objection handling, competitor playbook
- Build monthly MR marketing calendar: doctor of the month, chemist focus, new launch
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 3-7 yrs in Pharma Marketing. Min 2yrs handling Delhi-NCR as a region/HQ
- Therapy: Dermatology, Trichology, Nutraceuticals, OTC preferred. Rx + OTC both is ideal
- Channels: Proven success with Doctor marketing + Chemist marketing + Digital D2C
- Skills: Brand planning, KOL management, P&L handling, team leadership, data-driven
- Network: Strong connects with Delhi KOLs, top stockists, chain pharmacies
- Education: B.Pharma/MBA Marketing preferred.
