Welder

Job Summary:

Humein ek experienced welder ki zarurat hai jo height par chadhkar kaam kar sake, welding ka pura kaam aata ho, aur designs ko samajh sake aur padh bhi sake (drawings, measurements). Candidate ko safety rules ka bhi dhyan rakhna hoga jab woh height par ya site par kaam kare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Metal components ki welding (MIG, TIG, arc welding ya gas welding) karna.

• Height par chadhkar safely kaam karna (scaffolding, ladders, platforms).

• Engineering/design drawings padhna aur samajhna.

• Welded joints ki quality check karna.

• Welding tools aur machines ka daily maintenance aur proper use.

• Safety gear (helmet, harness, gloves, shoes) ka sahi use karna.

• Supervisor ke instructions ke mutabik kaam complete karna.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 saal ka welding experience (industrial ya construction site par).

• Height par kaam karne ka experience hona chahiye.

• Welding techniques ka achha gyaan (MIG/TIG/ARC/GAS).

• Designs aur measurements padhne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Welding safety standards aur PPE ka knowledge.

• Physical fitness, balance aur coordination kaafi achha hona chahiye.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI or Vocational Training in Welding.

• Certification in Height Work Safety (if available).

• Previous experience in fabrication work ya industrial projects.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
