• Deliver practical and theoretical training in welding techniques (ARC, MIG, TIG, etc.)

• Teach blueprint reading, welding symbols, and measurement skills

• Maintain a safe and well-organized workshop environment

• Enforce welding safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and machines

• Assess student performance through regular evaluations and feedback

• Guide students in skill development, certifications, and job readiness

• Design and update curriculum based on current industry requirements

Requirements:

• ITI certification with 3–5 years of experience in welding and training

• Strong technical knowledge and commitment to safety and teaching excellence
