We are looking for a Welder Teacher to join our team Skill labour Academy The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical trainer and educator in welding theory and practice.

• Serve as a mentor and guide for students’ academic and career growth.

• Function as a safety supervisor, enforcing welding safety standards.

• Operate as a curriculum planner, designing industry-relevant lessons.

• Responsibilities of a Welding Teacher

1. Instruction & Training

Deliver theory lectures on welding processes (ARC, MIG, TIG, Gas Welding, etc.).

Conduct practical sessions and demonstrate correct welding techniques.

Teach blueprint reading, welding symbols, and measurement skills.

2. Workshop & Safety Management

Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maintain welding machines, tools, and workshop equipment.

Implement fire safety, ventilation, and accident-prevention measures.

3. Assessment & Record Keeping

Conduct theory and practical examinations.

Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.

Provide constructive feedback and improvement guidance.

4. Skill & Career Development

Develop students’ accuracy, speed, and welding quality.

Guide students on job opportunities, certifications, and industry expectations.

Encourage adoption of modern welding technologies.

5. Curriculum & Industry Integration

Update course content as per industry standards and innovations.

Organize industrial visits, workshops, and guest lectures.

Collaborate with industry professionals for practical exposure.

6. Professional Development

Attend training, workshops, and refresher courses.

Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and teaching methods.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and 3 To 5 in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
