Key Responsibilities :

•Supervise and control daily production activities as per the production plan

•Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines

•Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance and productivity

•Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs

•Monitor machine utilization, breakdowns, and downtime

•Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and stores teams

•Ensure compliance with safety rules, 5S, and housekeeping standards
