Relavant Experinece in the sales

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the manufacturing sector.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their technical specifications to clients. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to develop customized proposals that meet the specific requirements of clients.

Team-Handling Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality

Revenue

Generation: Drive revenue growth by upselling and crossselling additional products and services to existing clients.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions in contracts with clients, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

.Educational Qualification BE/ DIP – Mech. Engineering, MBA in Marketing (preferred).
