Job Description

  • Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) for production

  • Load raw material (metal parts like steel, aluminum)

  • Run CNC programs (G-code)

  • Check dimensions using:

    • Vernier caliper

    • Micrometer

    • Height gauge

  • Maintain accuracy & tolerance (very important in hydraulic parts)

  • Do basic machine setting & tool changing

  • Follow production targets and quality standards
