Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day store operations at our Turbhe factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels at all times
Handle inward and outward material entries in ERP/software systems
Coordinate with purchase and production teams for material planning and availability
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods
Monitor stock movement and conduct regular physical stock verification
Maintain documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock registers
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping in the store area
Manage and guide store assistants and workers for efficient operations
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report to management

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Supply Chain / Logistics)
1–2 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar)
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices
Basic understanding of safety and compliance in factory stores
Strong coordination and team management skills
