Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets
Oversee production planning and workflow management
Manage inventory control and ensure material availability
Supervise and handle manpower on the shop floor
Monitor machine/equipment operations for efficiency and safety
Ensure product quality and adherence to SOPs
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments
Maintain production reports and documentation
