Job Description

Setting up and operating VMCs:

This includes loading materials, selecting the appropriate tooling, and adjusting machine settings according to blueprints and production requirements.

Interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints:

Understanding the specifications and tolerances for the parts being produced.

Quality control and inspection:

Checking finished parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

Basic maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machine components.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving minor issues with the VMC or the production process.

Adhering to safety and quality standards:

Following all safety guidelines and ensuring the production process meets quality standards
