Job Description

Responsible for the timely unloading of all incoming materials and vehicles.
Responsible for receipts and physical verification of all incoming materials as per challan / invoice and acknowledgement of receipt.
Offering all incoming materials to IQC for quality inspection, and do proper identification labeling on the materials.
Responsible for transferring all the materials to their respective place with proper identification labeling after IQC.
All material issuance to Production as per Production requisition slip & to other departments also.
Responsible for proper FIFO implementation during storage and issue of materials in the warehouse.
Responsible for properly receiving all production return materials and promptly delivering them to their respective locations.
Responsible for proper implementation of 5S system and cleanliness in his respective areas.
Responsible for complete audit, physical stock verification and accountability of stock items in his respective area.
Provide reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and other store related activities.
