Store Keeper

We are looking for a Store Keeper to join our team at Samtek Engineering And Gis Solutions Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

1. Material Planning & Availability

• Approved BOM (Bill of Material) ke according material ready rakhna

• Production order start hone se pehle 100% material availability confirm karna

• Shortage ho to immediately Purchase ko indent raise karna

2. Material Receiving & Verification

• Har incoming material ka:

  • Quantity check

  • Quality check (basic + QC coordination)

  • GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry

• Without verification koi material store me accept nahi hoga

3. Inventory Management (Stock Control)

• Real-time stock maintain (Excel/ERP)

• Min-Max level define karna

• Dead stock / slow moving stock identify karna

• Monthly physical stock audit

4. Material Issue Control (Production Support)

• Sirf approved Job Card / BOM ke basis par issue

• Issue timing fixed (jaise aapne set kiya: 9–9:30 & 1:30–2)

• Extra issue bina approval allowed nahi

• Har issue ka proper entry + signature (foreman responsible)

5. Wastage & Loss Control

• Scrap record maintain

• Excess consumption track karna

• Damage / loss ka accountability fix (team leader level)

6. Documentation & Tracking

• BOM Issue Sheet

• Material Consumption Report

• Daily Issue Register

• Pending Material Report (jo nahi mila production ko)

7. Coordination with Departments

• Production: kya chahiye, kab chahiye

• Purchase: kya order karna hai

• Quality: rejected material ka handling

• Accounts: stock value & reconciliation

8. Storage System & Safety

• Proper rack system (category-wise: MS, SS, bought-out items)

• Labeling + coding system

• FIFO / FEFO follow karna

• Safety norms (fire, heavy material handling)

9. Dispatch Support

• Finished goods ke liye packing material arrange karna

• Dispatch ke time material cross-check

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
