Job Summary:
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of electronic components, raw materials, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate stock levels, proper storage, timely issuance of materials, and compliance with company procedures to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials such as electronic components, tools, and equipment
• Maintain proper storage conditions to ensure safety and quality of sensitive electronic items
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
• Issue materials to production teams as per requisitions
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems (ERP or manual logs)
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments for stock replenishment
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report to management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially for handling electronic and fragile items
• Label, organize, and track materials for easy retrieval
• Prepare reports on stock status, shortages, and discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in electronics or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with electronic components and inventory handling procedures
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory software
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory tools)
• Good communication and coordination abilities
