Store Incharge

Core responsibilities

• Inventory and stock management:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all store materials, including raw materials, components, and finished goods.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in physical registers and/or software systems.

  • Implement and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for consumables.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries.

• Operations and logistics:

  • Ensure efficient daily store operations, including housekeeping and organization.

  • Oversee the issuing of materials to production departments.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics providers.

• Quality and compliance:

  • Perform quality control checks on incoming materials.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards.

  • Manage the safe storage and handling of all materials.
