About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Incharge to manage the overall daily operations of a retail store, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing store policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow

• Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist in inventory management

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• After daily monitoring of the minimum stock level, a material request procurement plan to sent to purchase every month.

• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Stores (preferably from Manufacturing Background)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period up to 15 days preferred

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
