Key Responsibilities:

• Weld Fabrication: Perform welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials to fabricate tanks and related structures, ensuring high-quality results.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine the proper welding procedures, materials, and tools.

• Assembly: Assemble tank components by welding, grinding, and fitting parts together to ensure proper alignment and assembly.

• Inspection: Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of welded joints to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines, including wearing protective gear, using proper ventilation, and following safety procedures.

• Maintenance: Maintain and clean welding equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other welders, fabricators, and production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Quality Control: Ensure the quality of the final product meets both internal and client specifications by conducting necessary tests (e.g., pressure testing for tanks).

• Repairs: Repair damaged or defective tanks or structures using appropriate welding techniques.
